JHCTECH pays attention to user scenario demands and has continuously improved product performance over the years while expanding the diversity of product sizes. The ALAD series of industrial panel PCs currently cover sizes ranging from 10.1-inch, 12.1-inch, 15-inch, 15.6-inch, 17-inch, 18.5-inch, 19-inch, 21.5-inch, and 23.8-inch. It aims to provide users in various industries with stable and reliable human-computer interaction equipment with excellent performance and sophisticated workmanship to accelerate the digitalization process.
In 2023, JHCTECH introduced the NODE modular design concept for the first time, applying the core module + carrier board structure to industrial panel computers. This marked a new upgrade for the ALAD series, resulting in two distinct product lines: ALAD-KXX50T/T(P) and ALAD-AXX10T/T(P).

Covering multiple sizes from small to large
Products ranging from 10.1 inches for small-scale applications to 23.8 inches for large-scale applications are launched. At the same time, there is also a distinction between full screen/wide screen to fully meet users’ application size needs.
Optional PCI or PCIe expansion
Certain sizes of the K series products (15-inch, 15.6-inch, 19-inch, 21.5-inch, 23.8-inch) support optional PCI or PCIe expansion capabilities.
1+1 dual storage function
ALAD series products all feature (1+1) dual storage design to enhance data reliability for users.
Industrial rugged design
JHCTECH industrial panel PCs utilize industrial-grade components to ensure a high level of reliability. Constructed from aluminum alloy die-casting, the panels feature a fanless fin heat dissipation shell, allowing for continuous operation in extreme environments ranging from -20°C to 60°C. The power supply supports DC 9-36V wide voltage input and provides multiple protection mechanisms, such as overvoltage protection (OVP), overcurrent protection (OCP), electrostatic protection (ESD), and surge protection. These designs make industrial panel PCs very suitable for harsh working environments and can effectively avoid machine damage caused by unstable currents.
Optional resistive/capacitive touch screen & continuous highlighting
Among them, 15.6-inch, 18.5-inch, 21.5-inch, and 23.8-inch models support capacitive touch screens, and the other sizes support optional capacitive/resistive screens.
