JHCTECH 2025 Annual Conference | New Year’s Team Building, Journeying Together Amid Guilin’s Mountains and Rivers
“Guilin’s landscapes are the best in the world”—this timeless saying has inspired countless people to yearn for the breathtaking scenery of Guilin. Following the conclusion of the annual work report conference, JHCTECH employees embarked on a journey to Guilin to experience a double feast of the soul and nature.
Day 1 - Yangshuo West Street
Walking on Yangshuo West Street, this old street with a history of more than 1,400 years retains various buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties and has a very classical charm. Known for its uniquely styled bars, restaurants, and coffee shops, the street exudes an artistic vibe during the day and transforms into a bustling hub of activity at night.
Day 2 - Xingping Lijiang River - Butterfly Spring - Yulong River Bamboo Raft - Ten-mile Gallery - Long Table Banquet
In the gap of the busy city, gently turn the pages of time. Xingping is not just the backdrop of the 20-yuan RMB note; it is also a microcosm of Guilin’s stunning landscape, where every stroke seems infused with the artist’s passion and craftsmanship. Mountains are the poems of water, and water is the dream of mountains. In this small space, they are interwoven into a flowing poem, which makes people intoxicated and forgets the way home. When the afterglow of the setting sun shines on this banknote, the golden light and the emerald green background complement each other, and I seem to see myself opening a textbook in my childhood.
Some colleagues chose to boat along the Yulong River, drifting on bamboo rafts, as though swimming within a painting. Others relaxed in straw huts amid the fields, sipping afternoon coffee and letting the sun warm their faces, indulging in moments of tranquility. Riding electric bikes to explore ancient villages and experience traditional culture added a touch of joy to every step of this journey.
Day 3 - Silver Cave
The Silver Cave, a wonder of Guilin’s karst geology. Along the stone paths carved by earlier explorers, we encountered stalactites that towered tens of meters high, majestic, peculiar, serene, and stunning—glittering like silver and diamonds.
Everyone was impressed by the wonderful creativity of nature and lamented that this was a visual feast. In this wonderful underground world, everyone communicated with each other and shared their inner joy and surprise.
Exploring Guilin’s magnificent scenery, we were enchanted by the emerald ripples of the Li River, where the water and sky merge into one, and the beauty is beyond words. Stayed overnight at Yangshuo West Street, we strolled along the quaint streets and tasted authentic local food. “Guilin’s landscapes are the best in the world, and Yangshuo’s landscapes are the best in Guilin.” JHCTECH employees immersed themselves in this picturesque setting and took photos in the beautiful scenery.
The fireworks splashed, reflecting the flames of hope and lighting up the confused course. In 2025, JHCTECH will rise against the tide, go against the wind, and break the waves.
